You just need a Web Browser capable of displaying 'Frames' (but I'm pretty sure they all do that now!)
Some of the pages
in Birmingrad feature animated 'slide shows'. When you
click on them they may take a few moments to load before starting,
and you need 'animated gifs' enabled in your browser (Internet
display 'options' or 'preferences'). The slide show on the front page
requires a 'flash' plug-in
